One record, the whole relationship

A contact in Sque is more than an address book entry. It is the hub for every matter, invoice, document, and communication tied to that person or organisation. Open a client record and you have the full picture in one screen.

FAQ

Can I have multiple contacts at the same organisation?

Yes — each contact is an individual record. Link them to the same organisational client using the Organisation field.

Can clients access their own contact record?

No — client records are internal. Clients interact with Sque via the Client Portal (Spaces).

How do I archive a contact?

Open the contact record, click the three-dot menu, and select Archive. Archived contacts are hidden from the list but their history is preserved.
