Most CRM tools require manual data entry to stay useful. Firm CRM in Sque builds itself from the data you're already entering — matters, contacts, billing entries, and activities — so the pipeline reflects reality without extra work.
Five dashboard tabs

Pipeline stages
The Lead Pipeline tab tracks potential clients through custom stages.

Open Firm CRM → Lead Pipeline.

Drag a card between stages — Lead, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, Lost.

Add BD notes directly on the card — visible to the whole team.

When a lead converts, click Create matter to link it directly.
FAQ
Who can access Firm CRM?
Users with CRM & Insights permission. Admins grant this in Settings → Roles.
Can I customise pipeline stages?
Not yet — custom stages are on the roadmap. Current stages (Lead → Won/Lost) are fixed.
Is CRM data exported anywhere?
Export to CSV from any table view. API export is on the roadmap.
