Review Tables: Side-by-side clause review at scale

Spreadsheet-style tables that let you review, compare, and flag clauses across many documents — with Ask Sque filling columns automatically.

What review tables solve

Reviewing 30 NDAs for the same five clauses is a problem every firm knows. Review Tables turn that into a spreadsheet — rows are documents, columns are questions, and Ask Sque fills the cells.

Tables are private by default and shareable with your team. They work with any documents: uploaded PDFs, briefcase files, or dataset items.

Private vs shared tables

PrivateJust you

Tables you create are private until you share them. Use these for early-stage review before sharing with the team.

SharedTeam

Shared tables give teammates view or edit access. Everyone sees the same AI-filled cells and manual overrides.

Build your first table

  1. 1

Go to Review Tables and click New table.

  2. 2

Name the table and set access (private or shared).

  3. 3

Add documents — upload new files or pick from Briefcase.

  4. 4

Add columns — write a clause question for each one (e.g. "What is the termination notice period?").

  5. 5

Click Fill with AI — Ask Sque reads each document and populates the cells.

Write column questions in plain English — "Does this clause include auto-renewal?" works better than a field label.

Working with results

Once Ask Sque fills the table you can refine, override, and act on the results.

Manual override

Click any cell to edit or correct the AI answer. Overrides are tracked separately from AI fills.

Flag for review

Mark cells that need a second look. Flagged cells surface in the team view for follow-up.

Export

Export the full table as XLSX or CSV for reporting or client delivery.

Can I use review tables without AI fill?

Yes — add documents and columns and fill cells manually. AI fill is optional.

Is Review Tables available on all plans?

Review Tables is a plan-gated feature. Check your plan in Settings → Subscriptions.
